Greet place to shop at for flowers , small plants, gifts... all the staff are great ... they have great prices and are always willing to work with you to make your gifts the way you envision... they practically treated me like family.. i mentioned the wife and i are expecting.. they made me promise to bring our babies by once they are here so they could meet them .. as if I could tell them no :) ..... p.s. my wife loved the gift and looks forward to keeping the promise...

We always used Tate's when I was a kid. My brother did deliveries for them during holidays. When I left Arkansas, I continued have them deliver flowers to friends and relatives for me. I'd call the shop and put in an order and they'd get it where it needed to go. This was the first time I'd done an order online, and they did it just as well as they always have. They delivered to north Ft. Smith, exactly when they said they would, and a beautiful arrangement. Thank you Tate's, and Carl--who gave me a call as soon as he delivered them. Excellent service and product.

Editing my earlier review after being called by the shop today. I ordered an arrangement for delivery earlier this week. The item ended up not matching the description which was a bit of a let down. Tates reached out to me directly to make it right and got me a new delivery with exactly what I ordered. Stuff happens and that's where great customer service can shine. Tate's showed that today!!!

My husband and I went to Tate's for some flowers in preparation for our housewarming party. Cricket and Kim were very kind, helpful, and open to adjustments while my husband and I decided on some flowers for a custom boquet. The arrangement looks incredible and we are both so pleased with our experience.

The flowers were beautiful, the delivery driver was patient and communicated when it took me a bit longer to meet him at the door, and Tate’s was even able to accommodate my special request to use pink spray roses in the bouquet. My wife loved it! Thanks for making this Valentine’s Day perfect!!

My first time purchasing at Tate’s and I was extremely impressed! I submitted an online order one day prior to delivery as a birthday surprise to the recipient. I accidentally sent the flower arrangement to the incorrect work address (there are two locations in the city). A very kind lady called me (instead of the recipient) to ask about the second location since her driver let her know that it was locked. I was just grateful they actually drove to the other location! They were able to deliver the arrangement and my recipient loved it! Great customer service. I will be recommending and purchasing in the future. Thank you!

I ordered a bouquet for my wife while she was visiting her mother, the flowers were beautifully arranged and she said they filled the whole house with the smell of lily's. The delivery was quick and she got them early in the day, which I was happy to hear considering I had only just placed the order the day before, I am so appreciative of their being available to surprise her with flowers for our anniversary! I also got updates on delivery through text which I thought was a great feature. I would highly recommend for your flower needs.

I have used Tate’s Flower and Gift Shop many times over the years. I have family member in their area but I am out of town. They came highly recommended by a local person. They have done amazing arrangements every time. And again did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.
